The Excelton Hotel Palembang, Palembang

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, as the rooms were spacious and comfortable with a nice layout and quality materials. However, the soundproofing left much to be desired; I could hear conversations from the neighboring room. The staff was professional and very accommodating, but I wish they had been a bit friendlier. The hotel's location was convenient with some great nearby restaurants, but it was a bit far from the city center and crowded at times.
